Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the miexambuddy mobile application ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
miexambuddy is an independent study aid for JEE and NEET aspirants. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Testing Agency (NTA), the IITs, NITs, CBSE, or any other official examination body. References to these examinations are for identification and descriptive purposes only.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own, non-commercial study and practice. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content.
Questions are drawn from publicly available Previous Year Papers (PYQs) and related sources, provided for self-study and practice only. Answer keys and explanations are provided as a study aid.
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that questions, answer keys, or explanations are complete, correct, or error-free. Explanations and solutions may be simplified or occasionally incorrect. You should always verify important information against official sources. Your performance in the App does not predict or guarantee results in any official examination. If you find an inaccuracy, please report it using the contact details below.
The App, its design, original content, and compilation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Question text derived from public examination papers remains the property of the respective examination bodies; we claim no ownership over it. You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App's content except as permitted by these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App or its servers; (c) use automated means to extract data or content; or (d) misuse, disrupt, or overload the App or its infrastructure.
The App is supported by advertising and uses third-party services, including Google AdMob and Google Firebase. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, including advertisements, or for any products or services obtained through them.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Practice data is stored locally on your device; analytics are collected in an aggregated, engagement-only form as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunity, marks, or examination outcomes, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App or its content — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App.
